The following are the terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that I trading as 925-sterling-silver-jewelry.com enter into without exception. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

I will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age.

Whilst I endeavour to only show items on the website that are in stock, goods can be subject to availability and as I make everything myself I only hold one item in stock as seen and should you require multiples of an item I will need to make these for you. I will confirm to you be email the time scale required as this is also subject to me being able to obtain the same gemstones.

If I do not supply the goods for any reason I will not charge you for these goods and I will refund any money already paid for the goods. However, I will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses, which you may incur if we do not supply goods.

I will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated, usually within 14 days, but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of my control. Any dates I specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and I shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods unless caused by my negligence. It is advisable if you require an item of my jewelry by a specific date then you opt for express courier service, which can guarantee delivery.

All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on my website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Whilst I endeavour to show an accurate colour image, you are advised that there may be variations in colour between the actual goods you receive and the image that you see on your monitor or screen. This could be caused by the settings of your system or an adjustment made during or after photographic or other electronic processes. However, if you purchase any goods that you are not entirely happy with, you have the right to return them to me for a full refund within 14 days. You are however responsible for the cost of delivery to my studio - please see my returns policy page for further information.

You accept that gemstones are a natural product and as such there may be variations in shading between one item and a similar item or indeed between various parts of the same item. It is also possible that there may be small imperfections on the stones or within them, which is a natural aspect of dealing with Gemstones. These are not considered faults and in fact, it is these characteristics that allow you to tell the difference between genuine gemstones and man made stones. I do carry out detailed inspections and operate a policy of quality control checks to ensure the products leave here in a condition that I am happy with as I do not wish to cause you to be dissatisfied in any way. However if you do receive goods that you are not entirely happy with, you have the right to return them for a full refund within 14 days. You are however responsible for the cost of delivery to my studio - please see my returns policy page for further information.

Should delivery be delayed for more than 28 days you have the right to contact us and cancel your order. In this case I will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

As soon as I have delivered the goods you will be responsible for them. If you delay accepting a delivery, my responsibility for everything other than damage due to my negligence will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you.

If goods arrive damaged or are faulty you must inform me by email immediately to sales@925-sterling-silver-jewelry.com within 3 days and preferably within 24 hours. I do operate a returns facility and I will arrange the return of these goods and I will replace the goods at no charge or refund any money paid for the goods whichever you prefer.

The price for the goods will be as stipulated at the time when you placed your order. I operate in 3 main currencies - UK Sterling GBP - US Dollars USD - EURO €

I reserve the right to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in falling currency exchange rates at the time of despatch, or the imposition of, any taxes or duties applicable in Thailand. However I am not responsible for any local taxes or customs duties that may be imposed at your country of entry prior to any delivery to your home as deemed by your home countries law or customs duties.

All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate as charged at point of despatch namely Thailand but exclusive of delivery and insurance charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

You will only own the goods once I have received payment in full.

I reserve the right to terminate any contract between us without penalty. In the event of termination I shall refund to you all sums paid by you to me.

I do not offer any credit facilities. I will issue you with an invoice once I have received payment in full for your order and once I have dispatched the goods to you. Failure by my company to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.

The Contract between us shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom. We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will always use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise as this is by far the most sensible way and low cost way to resolve any dispute.
